When I was looking around for someone to totally redo my kitchen, Dustin was recommended by a friend. During the process I found Dustin very easy to work with and always dependable and hard working. He also was a big help with giving me alternate suggestions for reno options. A year later I decided to renovate my two bathrooms and Dustin was a natural choice as someone I could trust to do a great job within budget. When I discovered Dustin, my home reno worries were over. I found him to be exceptionally conscientious about his work and was able to trust him with a key to our home – when I came through the door, I was always delighted with what he had done: he tiled both my foyer and fireplace and each of them are beautiful and flawless. We first met Dustin Kneeland and introduced to Mainstreet Renovations while doing a kitchen renovation in 2008. He installed a beautiful travertine tile backsplash for us. We were so impressed with Dustin’s work that we asked him to return in 2011 for complete gutting and renovation to both our main and ensuite bathrooms. We really have no imagination so were very grateful for Dustin’s knowledge, ideas and expertise. The ensuite now has a beautiful Schluter shower, heated floors and tile floor to ceiling! Then, in November of 2012 we had him back again to knock down walls which separated our living room & kitchen. We now have open concept living and dining and an abundance of natural light coming into our home. This project was huge, went well into January 2013. It entailed new flooring throughout the home, movement of kitchen appliances and again new backplash which we love even more than the first reno!! We are so pleased with the result and will have never regret a minute of the disruptions!
Dustin knows where to get the best deals in town, he’s always on time, extremely trustworthy, does impeccable work and is just a super great guy, we really do now consider him a friend. Now I just have to come up with another project so we can invite him him back!!

I love working with Dustin. He's efficient, lets you know how long the job will be (and he's just about right every time), gives you lead time if he can't make it to your place that morning, doesn't talk too much, and yet is always friendly and good to have in your space. Dustin transformed our basic bathroom into a luxurious spa with bubble jet tub, contour shower, glass block windows, wainscotting, porcelain floor tiles, designer vanity and toilet. He proposed a design, which we loved, and then brought the project to an outstanding and perfect completion. Everyone who walks into our bathroom now thinks it should be in a magazine!
